Rumah Rasa is a pan-Indonesian restaurant specialising in bringing together the best flavours of the Indonesian archipelago. The restaurant was helmed by Chef Sharifah Zaharah who is armed with years of experience at the likes of SATS, Raffles Hotel and St Regis. The restaurant identity is to set Indonesian cuisine in the 21st century where authenticity meets modernity. The brandmark is made up of 2 mirroring “R”s from the initials to form a stylised ulekan, the traditional mortar bowl used in mixing Indonesian exotic spices. Inspired from the rich patterns and hues of Indonesia batik and tie dye, the identity of Rumah Rasa exudes similar cultural take in a modern context with motifs created from the brandmark and enhanced with traditional gradient hues.
