Wai Teik is an award-winning fashion photographer and a champion in National Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships. This coffee table book is a culmination of both of his passions. We wish to convey the idea that bodybuilding is as much about developing mental strength as well as physiques. It requires great determination and perseverance to bring about and to maintain performance peak. We designed the book to correlate to a single plate of gym machine weight and in form, metal sheets are inserted in the book cover. Upon lifting the book, this undoubtedly allows the reader to experience a small hint of the challenge faced by bodybuilders.
