Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) approached us to design a momento to be given as a form of appreciation to their benefactors and donors. Our solution is a larger-than-life “paper plane” made from a single sheet of metal. Paper planes convey innocence and simple delights of childhood. The concept of using this form pays homage to the recipient’s role in helping the disabled’s dream to take flight.
